Due to the staff change and the previous staff did not have documentation for the deliverables and the reports, closing the contract took longer than expected.
Contractor delivered a quality work for the time they were able to provide the reports and deliverables.
Satisfactory
The contractor did not have consistent representative for the contract period. Due to the inconsistent staff working on this project, we had to re-orient the new staff about the contract and the contract agreements. Even with multiple technical support from the contract manager, due to the luck of documentation about the work that was done by the previous staff, the new staff couldn’t provide the reports and invoice.
