If this was a single source contract, explain why the agency determined there was only a single source for the services (if applicable) "OHE first issued a Request for Information to all six vendors using contact information obtained from the Minnesota
Department of Education. When zero responses were received, OHE contacted all 6 vendors approved by the Minnesota
Department of Education multiple times and only 1 vendor (Infinite Campus) agreed to do the work required within the
timeline required. In future years, OHE desires to build similar functionality within the other 5 vendor student information
systems in order to allow all Minnesota high schools to participate"
