Evaluate the contractor's quality A360 (now called Allyant) conducted thorough accessibility testing. They identified valid issues, provided clear explanations for accessibility violations, and submitted a well-organized accessibility testing report.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Considering the scale of effort required, the tight duration of the project, and the total number of resources allocated, the cost was deemed reasonable and aligns with the services provided.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance They consistently maintained a high level of professionalism, communicating promptly and proactively following up on accessibility testing matters. Their expertise in accessibility guidelines, including WCAG2.0, Section 508 and Levels AA and AAA, was evident throughout the evaluation process.

A standout aspect of their performance was the submission of a final accessibility audit report. This report was not only comprehensive in identifying accessibility issues but also presented findings in an easily understandable format. This clarity helped us to identify gaps, develop in house accessibility skills and was a guiding factor for future improvements.
