Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Hickey Global met all deadlines as proposed and helped meet the project's hard stop. They also delivered their progress reports bi-weekly during our check-in meetings without any hiccups.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Hickey Global's quality of work was very good. Their progress reports and final report were professionally delivered and the quality of their research, evaluation and recommendations were clear, succinct, actionable and practical.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Hickey Global's cost was very competitive. They were not only substantially lower than the other consulting firms that proposed to this RFP, but were able to deliver high quality cost at a very reasonable cost, ~26% below the budget we had for this project.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance I'm very pleased with the work Hickey Global delivered from the work quality, timeliness, and professionalism.
