Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor completed duties and deliverables on time. When deliverables needed revision, this was communicated early and jointly-agreed upon decisions were made to revise the deliverables in response to pharmacy community feedback.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor delivers high value services. They expanded the depth and intensity of the deliverables by assessing the impact of their work in the initial project period, ultimately delivering a more useful product by end of the amended project period.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The UMN College of Pharmacy is an excellent contracted partner for improving access to clinical pharmacy care services for Minnesotans with hypertension, high cholesterol, and/or diabetes.
