Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Jack was always prepared for meetings. He sent information ahead of time. He was always in attendance and showed up early.

Evaluate the contractor's quality He went above and beyond to learn about the culture and the audience, researching supporting resources and customized the topic to our organization. Jack's superb speaking skills led to deeper learning as he was able to draw context out of everyday stories that participants could relate the material back to.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Very expensive as an initial investment for organization. The value is in that he gave framework to self-sustain this program without an additional contract.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Jack was invested in the organization's ability to transfer the training to real change. He was up front about how all would work together, what deliverables we could count on and where he would provide support. Jack invested in building relationships with the work group to ensure that he could provide us with the right information and correct support.

Would you engage the contractor's services again? Yes

Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): Absolutely none. We would work with Jack again and recommend him to others.
