Delays in the project were outside the control of the contractor. Delays were due to initial delays due to DOC negotiating the budget with the federal grantor; interruptions due to COVID and access to DOC facilities; DOC staffing changes. Contractor met all of their deadlines and assisted the DOC in seeking a no-cost extension on the federal grant.
Contractor did high quality work. The products produced under the grant were of high quality and are being used by many government and non-government agencies/organizations to inform current and prospective work.
Contractor completed work under budget.
Overall high quality work, easy to work with, flexible, and having high level of expertise.
