Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC (Atlas) will oversee the installation of eight groundwater monitoring wells, advance soil borings to delineate the extent and magnitude of onsite soil contamination, complete quarterly groundwater monitoring events, complete monthly gauging events for light non-aqueous phase liquid, and prepare a Monitoring Report summarizing all data collected. Samples of soil, groundwater, and soil vapor will be obtained by Atlas and transported to a subcontracted laboratory for analysis. . Consultant will follow the current MPCA Purchasing Manual to obtain all subcontracted services.
