Contractor (PM) did produce results within a timely manner, but did not always hand in requested documents or answer emails in a timely manner. For example, the amendment docs were handed in past the due date for when we could amend work orders in FY21

Contractor (PM) did a good job at executing the scope of work and demonstrated commitment to trying to get access to all the properties needing sampling. The PM did communicate issues and hosted meetings to keep the MPCA up-to-date which was appreciated!
