Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: WCEC will oversee the installation of two groundwater monitoring wells and the sealing of three existing monitoring wells to update our monitoring network. WCEC will conduct groundwater monitoring and sampling of the new wells; the consultant will oversee the analytical testing of the samples obtained. At the conclusion of the fiscal year, WCEC will prepare a Monitoring Report, summarizing the monitoring well network updates and analytical data collected from work outlined in this work plan. The consultant will follow the current MPCA Purchasing Manual to obtain all subcontracted services.
