Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Terracon Consultants (consultant) will facilitate the demolition/moving of the onsite structures and the sealing of four (4) wells. The consultant will conduct a pre-bid meeting and perform a hazardous materials survey. The consultant will oversee the sealing of the onsite water well and three monitoring wells. At the conclusion of the outlined work, the consultant will produce a summary of the fieldwork and sampling results. The consultant will follow the current MPCA Purchasing Manual to obtain all subcontracted services.
