The project manager kept me updated at all times on project status, and kept the site moving along. All submittals/reports were submitted in a timely manner and invoices were submitted on a regular basis.

All submittals/reports were detailed and comprehensive. All work was completed and the goals of the work order were accomplished.

Budget was well prepared and managed. Invoices were submitted on a regular basis.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Very satisfied:
Bay West has handled this difficult project very well and the project manager has been great to work with. The project has uncooperative property owners, access issues, potential additional sources, and complex hydrogeology. Bay West kept the MPCA project team updated on a regular basis and met with staff numerous times to discuss sampling results and next steps. This project required a great deal of communication with subcontractors and property owners, and Bay West handled this extremely well and kept the project moving.
