Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Deadlines were achieved, meetings and meeting minutes were on-time, etc. Very good job here

Evaluate the contractor's quality Excellent quality plans. As discussed with KH, the 90% plans onward were some of the best quality plans we have seen. Prior to
the 90%, the plans were still good quality.

Evaluate the contractor's cost I think the cost was good. I was debating whether this project would be under or over $100K and might require LOI. I went with
direct-select under $100K which meant a tight budget and KH was able to deliver on this.
