Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Bay West will conduct Vapor Intrusion (VI) investigation activities and oversee drilling contractors at up to 12 sites in Minnesota. The VI investigation activities will evaluate the potential for vapor intrusion at nine MPCA closed sites. Soil vapor probe sampling and/or sub-slab vapor sampling will be completed to evaluate the potential for vapor intrusion risk to receptors located at or near each selected site. Bay West will perform all services and/or construction as per the purchasing manual.
