The Child Safety and Permanency Division, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 256.01 is empowered to enter into contracts for the following services: Developing curricula with expert consultation and representing the full spectrum of diversity in Minnesota, a component of the STATE’S Minnesota Child Welfare Training System, (MCWTS).

The current supervisory training for the STATE is outdated and the STATE lacks the capacity to develop this curriculum in a timely manner. The STATE needs to engage with a partner that has an in depth knowledge of both the unique needs of Minnesota’s child welfare system and has experience creating supervisory training specific to public child welfare.
