In a recent Triennial Plan Modification Proposed Decision (Commerce Docket #16-116), the Department requested that stakeholders provide written comments on issues and concerns relating to fuel switching that should be addressed as part of a stakeholder process. The Department has identified and approved three specific subtopics.
