Rally studios had recently made national news by creating an immensely viral drone video of Bryant Lake Bowl. The state wanted to capitalize on their national and international success by piggybacking other MN company videos onto the original video. In addition, DEED cited promotional authority, as approved by the legislature for needs of marketing the state.

We had an extremely aggressive timeline due to end of year funding and the need to capitalize on the vendor's recent commercial success and they worked with us diligently to meet those deadlines.
Best of their class in terms of drone video production.
Contract finished on time and one budget and we actually got more footage and final videos from the firm than their original estimate.
Excellent - only downside was they got so popular just as we were using them that they were on-site at video shoots a lot of the time and that made email communication difficult at times, as they were only able to communicate during evenings. If we hadn't been under such an immensely tight timeframe this would not have been an issue at all.
