GMP facilitiates as a 3rd party vendor for Vocera. Contractors installation of the Vocera systems at the facilities was done according to schedule. Follow up to email inquiries is responsive and are readily available for phone calls.
Vocera works as advertised. The system is dependent on MNIT infrastructure to run on the WIFI system. Training materials are available as well. When GMP is contacted for quotes on products they provide the information in a timely manner.
The system is a proprietary system and I am not aware of any other similar technologies on the market. On going cost and maintenance of the system is expensive. If devices are not under warranty there is no option to repair the items, only option is to buy new badges
Vocera system and admin support is effective. They respond and replace equipment under warranty with no issues and installations and admin support are timely and communicated effectively.
