Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor provided services on a timely basis, including support for fiduciary training, preparation for
and attendance at quarterly IAC and Board meetings, reponses to staff ad-hoc requests, and other
projects.

additional support for ongoing manager evaluation and portfolio evaluation would be useful.
