Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Meketa has conducted significant outreach to SBI managers and produced major reports for
publication at quarterly public meetings. In each case they have met the timelines required. In
addition, Meketa staff assigned to the relationship quickly respond (within one day) to requests for information
from SBI staff.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Meketa has a larger amount of staff resources and expertise at their disposal that is additive to the SBI's ability to conduct special research projects on topics such as climate change and the market environment. Meketa's deliverables of a monthly "Capital Markets Outlook" and their multiple custom "Climate Change Investment Analysis" reports are high quality.
