Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Excellent - they were very attentive to our repeated changes and fast timelines that often come when working with a C-Suite executive (and the governor).

Evaluate the contractor's quality Exceeded expectations from a design and functionality standpoint. I do wish the site had been built a bit more closely to the state standard Tridion Template options, but understand what we were asking for didn't allow this to always happen.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Above average - they were economical and delivered what they agreed to for the cost negotiated.
