4. Unique operational aspects of host home models; and
5. Suggestions for supporting youth living in host arrangements.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor was timely in all aspects of service delivery.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Quality of the work was outstanding. Despite several barriers caused by the COVID pandemic hitting during the project period, the contractor was innovative and creative in adapting to the challenges the COVID pandemic caused (such as making all TA remote, changing TA to include implementing a host home program during a pandemic, etc..).

Evaluate the contractor's cost Cost was as expected and expenses were reasonable.
