Evaluate the contractor's timeliness the contractor began this work at the start of the pandemic and worked with the UI program (which was obviously under and extensive amount of pressure during the pandemic) throughout the duration. The program was unable to complete the testing and oversight within the timeframe that the vendor had laid out and so a time only extension was required to allow for enough space for the program to complete the work on our side. The contractor adjusted the speed on their side to allow for the project to be completed within the same budget.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the project was extremely good. The final deployment had very minor defects and was an incredibly clean deployment and build overall. This was a very public project that a lot of users would have had changes to their experience and the work was extremely clean.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The cost was on budget except for the performance testing that was needed. This was additional work for the successful deployment that was not identified by the program when the project was initiated. This was work that was added by the business, and not something that the contractor missed.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall the performance on this was excellent. Issues were quickly identified and resolved, the overall testing effort was very strong, and the contractor was able to work fairly independently which allowed the program to continue to do the work needed along side this massive strategic effort.
