Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: AECOM will oversee the installation of bedrock observation wells (via rotosonic drilling methods) at the location selected to be the next priority for the future completion of an aquifer pumping test along the Project 1007 conveyance system (BS20). The location of the proposed observation well installation is within the Lake Elmo Park Reserve (LEPR). Additionally, a nested pair of wells (one each completed in the Jordan and Shakopee Aquifers) at Beta Site 10 and one Jordan Aquifer well will be installed at Beta Site 18
