Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Chuck Hill, the project manager provided by Programming Solutions, is the consummate professional. Chuck delivered what was asked by the time it was due. the delay in the project was due to the software vendor and business not coming to an agreement on a minimum viable solution.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Chuck is thorough, politically savvy, and a fantastic communicator. The quality of his work is top level. His technical background combined with his soft skills made him uniquely qualified.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Although on the higher end of the range, what you get with Chuck is a very good value.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance We didn't want to lose Chuck. his performance was exceptional
