The project was performed on time in accordance with the start and end dates specified in the Work Order Contract.
The Contractor, Carlson McCain, Inc., and selected tank removal and tank liquid/sludge disposal subcontractors conducted the project in an efficient and professional manner.
Contractor's costs were within amounts established in the Master Contract. Subcontractor work was subject to competitive bidding, and the costs were reasonable for the work performed.
Contractor's staff managed the tank removal project in a professional manner. Carlson McCain’s experience with abandoned tank removal projects enabled them to prepare in advance for unexpected issues that sometimes arise during these projects.
