Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: MnDOT Cost Participation Policy Training and Critical Topics Training

In regard to the MnDOT Cost Participation Policy, it was necessary to enter into this contract as there was a misappropriation
of funds through misinterpretation of the MnDOT Cost Participation Policy (CPP) in FY21. Therefore, it was requested by Senior
Leadership that training of State staff and project partners is necessary.
In the area of Critical Topics, it was necessary as additional topics were that needed to be delivered to participants identified
through exist evaluations, management and constituents highlighting a greater need for non-technical skills and processes
that are essential to project and project management efficiency. The consultant trainers have previously delivered Critical
Topics training and have programs in place to address.
