Bay West will conduct two rounds of groundwater sampling for evaluating contaminant concentration trends, monitoring groundwater, and performance evaluation of remedial actions. Bay West will perform all services and/or construction as per the purchasing manual. Subcontracting will be done in accordance with the MPCA Contractor and Subcontractor Purchasing Manual.
