Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Perform business analysis of front- and back-end development of the Minnesota Public Health Data Access Portal (MNData Portal) county profiles to scope a plan to create interactive Tableau dashboards that integrate existing portal data. Scoping to include:
1. An assessment of data readiness;
2. The creation of a technical plan to revamp the data;
3. A low-fidelity mockup of the dashboard to provide initial direction on form and function; and
4. Information sufficient to inform a fixed bid and timeline for completion of an interactive
Tableau development project.

This project was necessary to modernize the MN Public Health Data Access portal to provide the user experience now expected by the public.
