Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor was timely in meeting any and all requests and in providing answers to questions before, during and after the conference.

Evaluate the contractor's quality NASPO met all expectations in providing signage and visibility of MMCAP Infuse's contributions to the conference, and provided a good spot with high traffic for a display and information table.
