Evaluate the contractor's timeliness the contractor completed the analysis of 580 sets of samples over the 5 year term of the contract. 85% of the sample sets were reported on time, within the 5 day turnaround requested in the RFP. The contractors average turnaround time on all 580 samples sets was 3.5 days which is within the 5 day period requested in the RFP.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of sample analysis has been good. Very few errors have been found with any of the sample sets. Any report errors (typos or mistakes) are corrected quickly.

Evaluate the contractor's cost I believe that the contractors cost for service has been very competitive and was not increased or been renegotiated over the term of the contract.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance I would rate the contractors performance very good over the last 5 years.
