The person in this position kept project priorities on task, did intensive vendor project management, convened all meetings regarding the use of Allita for the RentHelpMn project at Minnesota Housing, attended internal meetings with the software provider, ensured that important project information was effectively captured and communicated in a timely manner, held team members and software vendor accountable for follow through on commitments, received information and transferred knowledge to others, and helped communicate technical information to the jurisdictional project partners.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Work was completed in a very timely manner. All deadlines were met.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The work quality was exceptional. We were very pleased with the project manager's work.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The hourly cost of the project manager was reasonable for a contractor with so much previous and relevant experience. We spent less than expected for this position.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The project manager we selected (based on interviews with candidates from Charter) met all of our goals for the position and exceeded them. She turned out to be a linchpin position on this project. She was a key communication connector that involved all parties - agency, vendors, and jurisdictions.
