In order to become a more equity focused anti-racist organization we felt we needed to do some mirror work in addition to the lens work. The purpose of this contract was to take the CSP division through the facilitated process the Training System went through as a team around decentering whiteness. This work is necessary for us as a division to continue our lens and mirror work around DEI and decentering whiteness work. This process also provided additional language, tools and mirror work which is essential in continuing our mirror work alongside our lens work. This included the teams approach to the structure, coaching offered to all Supervisors and Managers, 8 facilitated sessions, and facilitated community of practice for supervisors and managers. This type of work is the work needed for professional development.

This was process designed, piloted and developed within the Training System. We researched for facilitators who were doing facilitated process of decentering whiteness with failed search each time.

The contractor met deadlines for each meeting, facilitated session, coaching session, CoP and even adjusted to our time changes, schedule and program changes. In fact we are needing to extend this contract because we decided to change the timeline.
Diana and Regina come very highly recommended for their professionalism, ability to hold space for the development of each participant, their experience and skills as facilitators and hosting abilities of the facilitated process of decentering whiteness is the standard in this work. Their coaching skills were the highlight for some of the participants.
I believe what the contractor's charged us is not equitable to the work that we received. We got the better end of the bargain in this contract and I see opportunity for us to examine what we are asking minoritized of people to do when the work that violent work so we can better compensate for the services rendered.
I can not highly recommend Diana Teodorescu's work enough. The contractor met every measurement and deadline according to the contract. The contractor was in high communication with us and each other. The quality of work delivered and experienced created and held space for our workforce to develop, be challenged and growth internally with compassion, empathy, and accountability. They way they approached this work is the model.
