Evaluate the contractor's quality Contractor is thorough in his medical reviews and maintained a high level of accuracy in his work. Contractor was open to feedback. Contractor was able to review complex claims and summarize there in an efficient and approachable manner. He worked well with other medical contractors, adjudicators and management.
