Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Most things were done on time. Usually the MnDOT review was the hang-up in the timeline and the team did a good job of adjusting to the MnDOT needs.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the products and events were really good.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The project came in under budget and most tasks were done well and on budget. The webcam costs were high, but that was not really the contractors issue.
