Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor resource appeared timely until the last couple months when they started slipping with deliverables.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Poor, we ended up letting the contractor resource go due to bad coding with a lot of short cuts and hard-coding. We will need to re-write the majority of the product delivered.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Poor, very disappointed, if the resource had let us know they were struggling, we could have helped point them in the right direction or asked the contractor for a different resource.
