DHS is seeking access and participation in the 2021-2022 NCI-AD project year (June 1, 2021 through May 31, 2022), which is possible only if DHS uses the Survey and the related technical assistance toolkit.
National Core Indicators – Aging and Disabilities (NCI-AD) Survey is owned by ADvancing States (formerly National Association of States United for Aging and Disabilities or NASUAD) and we need to conduct it as part of our quality assurance and improvement activities. The NCI-AD survey is our way to ask service recipients for advice and input about the services they receive to help them live, work and engage in their community. The survey and related technical assistance toolkit are owned by ADvancing States and there are no other distributors.
