Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The Contractor will serve as Regional Business Consultant (RBC), and will manage the customer relationships of assigned MMCAP Infuse members within mutually agreed upon geographic territories. RBCs provide these services to all of members throughout the United States. MMCAP Infuse currently has contract sales in all 50 states and has 15,000 member facilities. It is expected that meetings with members and prospective members will be face-to-face requiring the Contractor to travel extensively.

Evaluate the contractor's cost While on the surface the cost may seem steep, the constant travel throughout the US meeting with members, vendors and prospective members and representing the MMCAP Infuse organization as required by this role is something that could not be accomplished by a state employee here in MN and the cost is a relative bargain for the member service achieved.
