Initially we were solely given Vault Health as the option for at-home testing when MMB HR/LR Policy #1446 rolled-out to State agencies. Once additional vendor options were presented, we decided to continue services with Vault as their testing dashboard better suited our needs and we already had an established relationship with them.

I answered "Yes" because initially we were only presented with Vault Health for at-home testing, but were given additional options for services further down the line - though we chose to continue service with Vault Health.

Overall services were delivered in a timely manner, however we did need to have a stern discussion with an account manager in January of 2022 to discuss hold-ups with invoice processing. Once that account manager transitioned off of our account and we were assigned a new one, the process for test submission/confirmation, test delivery, and invoice processing became much more smooth.
Vault provided test kits that sufficed for DEED's purposes. Errors with test kits were minimal and often remedied quickly, if presented. Once a process for ordering and invoicing was established, the flow became more manageable. Initially there were some inconsistencies, however once we partnered with the new account manager, things flowed more smoothly.
Costs were comparable to other vendors we were presented with for testing needs who provided at-home lab-processed PCR testing. Vault included courier services to/from employees home and their dashboard was more functional for our purposes, justifying the cost.
Aside from initial hiccups with prior account managers, Vault's overall performance fit our needs to fulfill our obligation to manage operations associated with MMB HR/LR Policy #1446. Teresa Jaycox should be recognized for her attention-to-detail and commitment to service in her tenure as our account manager. Once she was assigned, operations flowed smoothly and questions were answered in a timely manner, something both myself and Drew Hasty greatly appreciated. Their service was consistent, tests typically arrived to employees homes without issue, and their dashboard was the most functional compared to other vendors.
Yes
In January 2022 Drew Hasty and James Halverson met with representatives from Vault to voice frustrations with the lack of communication surrounding invoice processing, as well as delays in test kit processing. We continued with services, but let them know if the issues continued that we would seek the services of a different vendor. The issues improved following the discussion and we were assigned a new account manager, Teresa Jaycox, who was much more attentive soon after.
