Evaluate the contractor's cost While TDG did meet the budget, deliverables, and schedule of the contract, the other consultant that we hired to do similar work
had roughly half of the original budget remaining to do additional context guides analysis. We were surprised that the other
consultant was able to do additional work with the same budget and scope as was given to TDG.
