vary engagement needs with external stakeholders (along with an increased focus), support was needed to meet project engagement and communications goals.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Schedules were looked at early on when creating a work assignment for a deliverable, and deadlines were always tied to/met
based on the work assignment.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Zan provides excellent engagement and communications strategy, coordination, and execution through a variety of deliverable
types. They have a good understanding of MnDOT brand and web guidelines, which allows for more efficient and accurate work.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Time spent on deliverables were monitored on both ends - was in line with what was agreed upon in work assignments, or
timely updates were provided if certain projects were exceeding time originally planned for.
