Evaluate the contractor's timeliness WSB inspection staff performed work in a timely manner, both in documenting quantities during construction and certifying
items and materials following construction ahead of the scheduled date in the contract. WSB's project manager was excellent
about responding to the needs of the project in a timely manner.

Evaluate the contractor's quality WSB staff quickly understood the goals of the project and performed quality work both in the field and in assisting in closing
the construction contract. Both the project manager and inspection staff communicated well with the MnDOT construction
supervisor and Resident Engineer.

Evaluate the contractor's cost It was very beneficial that WSB was willing and able to supply the correct amount of inspectors to the project, especially since
this varied through the life of the project. WSB did not overstaff or understaff the project leading to a fair cost
