Evaluate the contractor's timeliness High monkey was timely, with timelines being clearly, and frequently communicated. They worked with our schedule - as the work was done in the middle of the pandemic - but managed to get through all the work despite occasional delays on our side.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the work was excellent, thoughtful. They dug into the work sufficiently to not require extra work from us which was exactly what was needed. They also understood the products we were asking about and were able to provide expertise.
