Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Timely completion of work. Occasionally some crew time lost due to wildfire response taking priority; this resulted in some delays in work.

Evaluate the contractor's quality For the level of skill, the quality is ok. Most of the crew members do not have much experience in natural resource work which can result in lower-quality work being accomplished. 2020 in particular seemed to be a difficult year for retaining crew members and quality of work suffered as a result.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Competitive. Rate is negotiated by master contact 159225 T-Number 1929F.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall performance was ok. Resource objectives were met, but work usually took more time than anticipated.
