Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very good in terms of response and their work. I am certain their Design and Bidding Document were on time. The Construction
Contractor had issues finishing the building and site construction on time, but I do not believe this contractor (VJAA) had done
anything to cause that.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Well above average. An asset to the project and MnDOT.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Very reasonable and fair.
