Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Forma ACS was always incredibly mindful of timelines and deadlines. All of their deliverables were on time or early and at a high quality. They were also very flexible in their approach to the deliverables when the state required modifications to timelines.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Forma ACS provided the highest quality deliverables possible. They often went above and beyond to understand our needs, identify a loution and work with us to ensure it met all of our requirements.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Forma ACS's costs were reasonable. They also worked closely with the state to ensure that there weren't any unnecessary costs or activities.
