Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Good - flexible when we needed more time for review and provided me with proactive communication when they needed additional time. Overall, good communication throughout the contract and responsive to our questions and needs.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Good - the exhibits are professional in design and fabrication. The exhibit content was largely provided by us (DNR team).

Evaluate the contractor's cost Fair - while we wish we could have gotten more, it's probably fair given all the expenses involved.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Good - they communicate well and are organized. They relied heavily on the DNR project team to produce pictures and research & write content for the exhibits. The DNR project team also needs to be prepared at the start of the contract with developed themes and a vision for the exhibits.
