Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor submitted documents according to deadlines and was also prompt in responding to other project correspondence.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Quality was high. I was impressed with how the project team adapted to a new design plan format smoothly.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Contractor cost was a bit higher than expected. I believe this was partly due to my own scoping missing a few things. The other
part is that the consultant used a perhaps more senior team to design the project compared to some other consultants I have
used. I believe this was a benefit though and perhaps justifies the additional cost because I was dealing with high-quality
submittals which reduced my own review time, less corrections to make, etc
