COVID Community Engagement Outreach
{Empty}
OCHC engaged in a COVID-19 Vaccination Campaign through education and information, administration of vaccines, myth de-bunking and vaccine advocacy for the LatinX, Refugee and immigrant populations, African American and low-income populations in the Saint Paul, Minneapolis and Greater Minnesota area. Work included vaccination events, town halls and Q&A’s, as well as general community outreach events. The ability to reach low-income diverse populations and provide Covid-19 vaccinations at their clinic provided a service and outreach that could not be done at the larger State-run vaccine sites.
