Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): I would be careful to a yes next time in working with them. They were very decentralized and did not attend meetings, which made it difficult to impart information and have them follow grant guidelines the first time. Intentions were good, but the radio station lost staff and couldn't finish with many deliverables. The grant manager, the radio station, the newspaper and the financial person were all different people and did not seem to coordinate well on this grant.
